A shopper on Aug 6, BEST ANSWER: After a lot of searching when I had similar problems what I found is that because it's not a big name tablet a lot of programs don't recognize it, so your computer may be reading it as a mouse and not as a tablet. Krita, for example, won't let you use it as both at the same time so it goes all haywire.
